TERMS OF SERVICE
When commissioning my services:
you automatically agree to the conditions listed bellow. Make sure to read carefully through everything and question me in case of doubt before completing the purchase.
When contacting about the proposal. The client will be asked to provide references and/or a detailed description of the project.
Artist's Rights:
I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media whenever I wish. However, if you truly wish to keep it confidential, please make this clear when placing your order.
I have the right to deny a commission if I'm not comfortable with the drawing and/or I don't think I can draw it
Payment:
Payment can be made via PayPal invoice or Wise — either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is completed.
You will only receive the high-resolution final artwork after the full payment (100%) has been received.
Revisions/changes:
Major changes will only be accepted during the sketch phase.
Past the sketching phase only small revisions can be made such as color adjustments, small details or filters/cropping.
Refund rules:
I will only refund of the full value of what i received if I haven not started working on the commission yet.
Please note that the amount of paypal fees or exchange rates will cause the loss of the total amount and I will not bear these costs.
Commissions that have passed the sketch stage are non refundable, you can only cancel the order and you will receive the full sketch + the part where I left off.
Work speed and deadlines:
The speed of commissions may vary according to the commission type and the ammount of details included on it, as well as the additionals and changes requested by the client.
The amount of time needed to complete an artwork may take up to a month maximum, tough I usually need around 1 to 2 weeks to finish a piece. This only counts from when I have already started to work on the piece, not when on the to-do line.
As the client you may request for a deadline/urgency commission but the deadline must be discussed prior to payment and reasonable. Depending on the speed required a fast-delivery fee may be charged
As a commissioner:
You are permitted to: use the artwork for personal purposes, post it on social media, and print it for personal use only. You are not required to credit me here, but it would be nice if you did.
You are not permitted to: modify my artwork, claim it as yours, train AI, or profit from it by selling and producing products featuring the artwork, unless they are purchased for commercial use.
